Qualificiations: Dr. McCartney is a Certified Safety Professional, Registered Professional Industrial Hygienist, and Certified Safety Instructor with 40 years of experience in both safety and health; and the oil and gas industry. Dr. McCartney has held safety positions with two Fortune 300 companies and held a Safety Officer II with OSHA Consultation. Dr. McCartney has held the position of Adjunct Faculty with Texas Engineering Extension (TEEX) at Texas A&M University.
