I am writing this letter as a letter of recommendation for Janine Legg.  I met Ms. Legg as part of our consulting team of environmental experts hired to evaluate our computer recycling business.  At the end of the evaluation period, we entered into a program of environmental, health and safety which was delivered by Ms. Legg.

During the training sessions, Ms Legg had opportunity to meet and train our workforce of about 50 employees.  Our employees come from all over the world and Ms. Legg met the challenge of having to present material to people with diverse cultural background and language skills.

Throughout Ms. Legg's portion of the contract, She continued to explain to Management what the goals were and made sure a sustainable program was in place.  The results of her work have greatly increased in-plant safety as well as giving our employees as sense of confidence and team building.  

I would recommend Ms. Legg to anyone who is addressing environmental health and safety training or anyone looking to establish a sustainable and accountable safety program. As General Manager of HMR (USA).  I found Ms. Legg a valuable asset and someone who is always willing to listen to the needs of her client.
